CHEP Stall Talk Request
Purpose:
Stall Talk is a restroom publication curated by the Elsie S. Shenk Center for Health Education and Promotion (CHEP) to educate and engage the Millersville University community on topics related to wellness and healthy lifestyles through passive programming. Published monthly from September through May, Stall Talk is a unique platform to deliver meaningful, wellness-focused content in an accessible and engaging format.
Stall Talk focuses on the nine dimensions of wellness: social, physical, emotional, environmental, spiritual, financial, intellectual, occupational, and multicultural. It includes educational content along with wellness event information to inspire readers to actively pursue a balanced and fulfilling life.
Submissions to Stall Talk are open to university departments, but space is limited and filling out the submission form does not guarantee publication. To ensure alignment with its mission, Stall Talk only accepts content that includes an educational component and relates to health and wellness. Submissions from student organizations or event-only announcements will not be considered. Content must adhere to the Posting and Chalking Policy (revised May 7, 2024), and submissions are due by the 10th of the month prior to the desired publication date. Submitters will be notified of acceptance via email from CHEP.
Through Stall Talk, CHEP strives to create a healthier, more informed campus community that empowers students, faculty and staff to prioritize wellness in their daily lives.
